First, pour the olive oil, wine and flour that we have added the baking powder into the mixing bowl. Grate the carrots in the onion grater and add them to the mixture together with the salt. At this point, optionally add the grated pepper and grated cheese.
Once our mixture is homogenous, shape it into sticks and place them in a pan with buttered non-stick baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
It takes a few minutes to cool and become crispy and fluffy. When they cool, store them in an airtight container.
